| AICM Sydney Opera House Concert – A huge Success! On Sunday September 4th 2011 AICM held a concert at the beautiful Utzon Room, Sydney Opera House to celebrate the achievements of their talented students. The event was a huge success, boasting a full house of classical music lovers and enthusiasts. Guests were entertained with outstanding performances by many of our AICM’s finest classical, jazz and vocal performers including a solo by Yejin Min on violin as well as international award-winner Quang Hong Luu on piano. Magnificent piano duets were showcased by talented AICM students Yi Ming Lai and Linh Doan, along with feature performances by Sarah Cachia on flute, Long Vuong on French horn, and classical vocalists Sarah Grant & Farah Wadee provided the audience with a captivating experience of classical music. The afternoon also featured a splash of jazz with Janet Levy on saxophone, Eloisa Cullington on vocals, and Fady Yousif & Anthony Grant on guitar. Thank you to Anne Bautista for organising a wonderful event and to all the students and teachers who worked so tirelessly to make the event an afternoon to remember!
